SAY"NO" TO JUNK FOOD
There was Happy family with two little boys.And the fun was that they were twins.One of them was Steve and other named was Mark. Steve was very genuine and honest boy.He always obeyed the orders of his parents.He had all the good habits.
Where as,Mark was just the opposite of Steve,he was very stubborn.He was not listening to his Parents.His Mother was constantly worried about him.Because,Mark didn't like home made food at all.
Also Mark didn't eat vegetables and fruits,he always wants Junk food like
Pizza,Pasta,Noodles,Burger.And if there were any vegetables in it,he would be remove them.His mother used to get angry every day about it.
His Mother always told him,"If you don't eat healthy food,then you have to go to the Doctor".Then Mark said,"I don't like Doctor and I will never go to the Hospital".Because Mark was very Scared of Doctors.When he hearing the name of Doctor,then he used to eat a little.
Mark was getting weaker day by day due to not eating healthy food.Once Mark was ill.He was taken to the Hospital.The Doctor checked him and asked,"Dear Mark,What you like to eat?".Mark replied,"I like to eat Pizza,Pasta but my mother would not let me eat!".
The Doctor told him,"See Mark,Your Mother is right,because,What you eat is called Junk food and junk food is harmful to our body".The Doctor gave him information about Junk food and Healthy food through the videos.
Mark realized that Junk food is not good for his body and he promised to Doctor that he would never eat Junk food again.But due to weakness,the doctor gave him a very bitter medicine.
He used to say Steve while taking medicine everyday,"The food our Mother made is much better than these bitter medicine".Steve used to laugh at him.
